MTO INFO PAGEWelcome to the Homeland Security Foundation Made-To-Order (MTO) Apparel Program. - This program consists primarily of apparel items that are decorated on a made-to-order basis.
- The minimum order per product is one.
- Production time is approximately 10-14 business days.
- Quantity discounts will apply with any order of six or more pieces per item number.
- There are five decoration options from which to choose, depending on the product. All options are available for review via the MTO tool bar. We recommend you print the appropriate page and have it available for review during the ordering process.
- All MTO orders will be processed and invoiced as a separate transaction from our in-stock merchandise. These items will be shipped directly to you from our decorator in Tennessee.
- If you have ordered both in-stock and MTO items, you will see two order numbers on your order confirmation page and will receive a confirmation e-mail for each.
- Specific department/program customization is available. Please submit your request via the Special Request link on the MTO tool bar.
