How do I return an item?

It is our commitment to provide you with the best quality, at the best value. We value your business greatly. If you feel we haven't delivered on this commitment, please contact customer service for a timely remedy. We'll do our best to make it right. Generally, in-stock, non-custom items are returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused, unopened, in like-new condition for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping). Bulk order and customized items are returnable on a case by case basis, subject to the nature of the issue. You may opt for a replacement or a store credit in lieu of a refund.
