| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. | |
| What are my payment choices? | |
| During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Several carbon-neutral flat-rate shipping options are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. When active, free shipping promotions apply only to 48 contiguous states. We require a physical street address for delivery. (PO boxes not accepted) We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. International transites times may vary by location, but usually range from 5-10 days. |

| What is the return policy? | |
It is our commitment to provide you with the best quality, at the best value. We value your business greatly. If you feel we haven't delivered on this commitment, please contact customer service for a timely remedy. We'll do our best to make it right. Generally, in-stock, non-custom items are returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused, unopened, in like-new condition for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping). Bulk order and customized items are returnable on a case by case basis, subject to the nature of the issue. You may opt for a replacement or a store credit in lieu of a refund.
