A representative will follow up with a schedule-rate shipping cost. Rates vary widely based on your order dynamics. You may then decide to proceed with your purchase or cancle at that time. No payment will be processed without prior shipping fee approval.
- Expedited/Express shipping does not apply to CATALOG ORDERS. Please choose standard shipping flat rate at checkout and allow 4 – 6 weeks.
- Free Shipping Promotions: When active this method only applies to US 48 contiguous states.
- PO Boxes NOT allowed. Please provide a physical delivery address.
- Items containing Lithium Batteries cannot be expedited (must stay ground) and are available in the contiguous 48 US States only.
- Expedited/Express shipping may be suspended during peak shipping seasons. If rush shipping is needed during these times – call for a quote.
Inscription Plate Replacement Policy (Plaques & Awards)
Any changes made after approval of a proof will incur replacement charges: Wooden products will cost $25, including $5 for each additional unit ($20 shipping + $5 production fee per unit) and Shadow Boxes will cost $60 per unit ($40 shipping + $20 production fee).
