Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most of the USA and US Territories in the Western Hemisphere, including PR, HI, and AK.
International Shipping is not currently available through this online program. If you need international delivery, please contact support for customized service.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We accept credit card payment for the total amount only. Split or deferred payment options are not available at this time. You may “Invoice / Pay Later” at checkout to hold items. This will enable your approvals process and allow for later payment. Contact our support team or return to your account area within 30 days to make final payment.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Several carbon-neutral flat-rate shipping options are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. When active, free shipping promotions apply only to 48 contiguous states.
We require a physical street address for delivery. (PO boxes not accepted)
We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
